We get the @ooni.uk fired up, make our own dough, pile the table high with toppings and let the kids make their own pizzas. Add blankets, fairy lights, something warm to drink and a bit of firelight… and dinner feels like a proper event. Our easy pizza dough👇 500g strong white bread flour 325ml warm water 7g dried yeast 10g salt 1 tbsp olive oil Mix, knead for 8–10 minutes, then cover and leave to rise for 1–2 hours. Divide into 4 balls and leave to rest for another 30–60 minutes before stretching, topping and cooking in a very hot Ooni 🔥 Honestly, making pizzas from scratch is one of our favourite ways to spend an autumn afternoon - whether we’re at home or camping in the van.
