If all the Cornell guys were black, people defending the girl would realize how bad her story is. They would see how bad it is for a woman to flip flop on whether or not it’s consensual. White women who defend her would then be more likely to question if she were lying. Completely agree, and thank you for making this clear. You are correct that crimes like 🍇 and SA tend to be horrifically under investigated, and on the other side, even more horrifically under prosecuted. But I can’t help the point out that this is your overall stance on investigation and evidence collection, and yet you still think the investigation with Lindsay Clancy was appropriate and it wasn’t a big deal that the cup and the medication’s were not collected, and the cup was never tested. That seems like a disconnect and a contradiction to me. I’ve been trying to respond to your content individually for the most part but this video also directly connected back.

She’s not wrong with sexual assault case the time where you actually can get, the evidence is crucial and I do think another problem is with social media that people think they know everything when they in fact know nothing
