R.M. Cross | Author/Nerd/Chaos :
Marley was so fucking racist. Yeah those comments on the other video are wild. Look, if it’s my kids vs 80% of humanity? I’m sorry to all those people I don’t know. To quote Mikasa “There’s only so many people I can care about.”

Paradis was LITERALLY begging for peace and despite being “prey” they wanted to visit and understand the outside world only to learn they will always be hated

the whole anime is about the fragility of the concept of right and wrong you can be right and wrong at the same time

everyone disagreeing but no one can give a plan that doesn’t involve Paradis suffering. 80% or 20% it doesn’t matter the people of paradis’ lives matter too. people won’t give you an answer cause then they’d have to admit they dont care about the innocent lives on paradis

Mr.Kase :
Here is a better plan: 1. Destroy Marley and their allies 2. Sign a peace treaty with the rest of the world (keep in mind Marley was oppressing other countries too) 3. Improve Paradis Island's army to be ahead of everybody and keep the power of the titans 4. Put Colossal Titans in a few countries as a reminder of what will happen if they try to attack Paradis There are many better options than destroying 80% of the world

Let’s be fr Eren never cared about saving “his people” he cared about saving his INNER CIRCLE, why are yall forgetting the conversation he had w armin were he literally admitted he didn’t know if Eldia would live a long life after his death. So if this was to save Paradis why did he do it even tho he didn’t know if the island would live? Also his contemplation to start the rumbling literally sent Eldia into a state of extremism resulting in the death of eldians who simply disagreed with yeagerists. Eren is SELFISH, the reason yall feel like the rumbling is so understandable and justified bc you’re trying to make Eren out as a hero who wanted to save thousands of his people when that’s not the case and it’s literally shown to us. Also let’s remember not every eldian lived on Paradis so he’s also contributed to the persecution of eldians outside of Eldia. Eren didn’t commit the rumbling bc it was his only choice to save Eldia, he did it bc it was his only choice PERIOD. Eren tried to change this future but couldn’t bc it’s the only future that exists. That’s how the future works in AOT. Personally what I would’ve done is take advantage of the world’s hate for Marley. Let’s remember Marley was also globally disliked bc they were war powerhouse bc of their titans. I would teach every nation how to use odm gear and anti titan equipment against Marley in exchange for peace. Also Paradis had a lot of untapped resources so I would add that bonus in there too or I’d offer each conteninent their own titan shifter so the power of the titans was distributed amongst the globe evenly. War is politics we even see a nation become allies with paradis so there was hope but the rumbling happened bc it was the only future that existed.

Partial rumbling against the global allied fleet + 50 year plan is what Eren should have done

so you think making all life on land outside of paradis extinct, destorying all natural habits on land. Is a good solution to the eldian problem? Zekes plan is better beacuse the amount of suffering and devotion it would cause is nothing compared to a full rumbling.

Mr. Garcia :
People also forget the limited amount of time Eren had, the chances given for Marleyans to back off that they refused, and the technology disparity that would've made any kind of treaty short-term (titans could not have beaten a nation that achieved flight and/or heavy artillery).

My thing is the king legit said leave my people or we’ll release the titans in the walls then when the Titans in the walls are released eren is at fault and not the people who couldn‘t agree to leave people living behind walls alone
