There’s too many pets in the shelters/rescues so it’s prob best to adopt a cat/kitty from the animal shelters/rescues bc there’s so many sweet babies there that need a loving home 🥹

Adopt a kitten, unless you really really want a specific cat. Thankfully my cats are really well behaved, they don’t get on counters etc, it just naturally happened but my girl cat was a rescue and never groomed so now we struggle with brushing her or trimming her nails/ vet visits so desensitize your cat from an early age to touch and car rides to stress them the least possible, besides that super easy /loving pets 🫶🏽

Automatic litter box!!!!! And also early on ( if it’s a kitten) do nail trims , baths weekly to teach them to be okay with it. Also feed them soup, biggest tip before getting my first cat last August was giving them water in their wet food bc cats don’t drink as much water as dogs

I recommend a girl cat but boys are more affectionate imo. I have both. Boy cats are just more prone to blockages and I guess you can call me traumatized. We’ve been through a lot in his little lifetime. Started with my boy and ended up getting my girl cause I thought he needed a friend. They are the BEST though most easy little babies to love. 🤍🥰 no regrets.

my cats literally are my children and I love them! just do research on their diet requirements, cats need a high protein diet. clean the litter box everyday, play with them, get them a cat tower. cats are so easy you’ll do amazing!!

Girly if you want one let me know! I live in Tampa. There are so many cute kittens in my neighborhood that need a home! I would take them myself, but I already have 3 lol. Cats are so funny. They’ll definitely bring a lot of entertainment to your life!
