Why don't you just multiply the 3/4/5 to have something more precise

No pressure treated sill plate? I’d have preferred that as a property owner for the extra money. It’s just a few hundred $ more but worth the investment in my opinion.

3/4/5 is a ratio on a long run always go to your longest possible measurement to account for slight deviation in the wood 12/16/20 is the same and less chance that a knot in the wood will have you a 1/4 " out of square

That’s not how we build but it’s different everywhere. 5/8” j-bolts 3” plate washers, pt sill here in Northern California

is the paper code? and what's the purpose, just a continuous barrier? also hard to like the plates up to your line for the holes with the paper there

Never square large areas like that. Use cross measures

Straighten your bolts with a bar so you don’t beat your threads all to shit but to each their own

Ya you should use the largest numbers for the 3/4/5 method on something that big.
