The navel is our core, it’s how we gain life a connection to the spiritual and physical realm. The tongue is our spell caster, in the Bible God spoke and things came to life. It’s how we. Manifest and create, destroy

So I paused it before you gave an answer and in my head, I was like they are both sources of power. The naval is where you come into this life from it is where you gain Nutrition, etc. just like you explained and same with the tongue there is power in both so I completely agree. And sometimes I do believe that some of these people that do get taken and have these stories of supernatural events happening to them and they’re kind of freaked out about it is because they don’t understand their own power but the entities that see them know the power that they hold.

once they take you ,, you don’t come back . The thing is if you see a mermaid, your supposed to keep quite. If you see one you’re not supposed to tell and call people to see it ,, if you do you, you’ll lose your voice. I know a lady who’s in her 60’s who seen one and lost her voice.

Who do you know that’s missing a naval and a tongue or are you speaking metaphorically? Someone just develops amnesia and becomes voluntarily mute
