We found this converted vintage train car while looking for somewhere last-minute to stay in Jefferson, and for $130 for the night with NO cleaning fee, this was such a fun find. 🚂 Actual vintage train car from 1896 🏊‍♀️ Your own private pool ✨ Super clean inside 🙌 And did we mention NO CLEANING FEE?! It IS right off a pretty busy road, so don’t book this expecting a secluded middle-of-nowhere retreat — but for the price and how unique it is, we’d absolutely stay here again. And going during spooky season makes it even better because Jefferson goes ALL IN on Halloween. 👻 The town is known for its haunted history, there are haunted attractions, and businesses throughout downtown get completely decked out for the season. Honestly, sleeping in a 130-year-old train car during Halloween season in Jefferson feels appropriately unhinged. 😂 Add it to the Love List! 💕✨ #jefferson #texas #texastravel #haunted
