@koat7news: Early voting kicks off Tuesday, October 6, and voters will come to the Clerk’s Annex off Lomas. Early voting is a period when people can come in before Election Day in November to cast their ballots in person, register to vote, and drop off their absentee ballots. With the races heating up, a lot of people have their eyes on the gubernatorial race. Greg Hull announced today that he would come up with a four-step plan to eliminate the personal income tax if he is elected governor. He says he hopes it would happen within four years, but it could take longer. A lot of people have also asked what will happen without personal income tax revenue coming into the state and whether the state will survive. Here’s what Hull says.
