They’re destroying the university education in favor of narrow college programs that misleadingly have a direct path to employment at graduation. It’s a narrowed education which means more 2d thinkers, less exposure to diverse thought, and less lifetime flexibility and tendency toward innovation and the multi disciplinary thinking and experience that made US universities world class.
