For the stickiness if you wash it and soap and water then dry and take just a tiny bit of baby powder to coat the outside it should they not sticky for a bit!

Any recommendations for something squish-able but has a tougher texture/resistance. I used to have a squishy and some putty growing up that I loved because they took more work to squeeze.

i really love the sugar based squishies or fidgets, the foam ones are good sometimes but have too much air for me. i had an off brand needoh that popped after a day that i miss dearly 😭💔 i never realized how helpful fidgets are till i got them, so helpful for focusing or just stress/anxiety outlet 😌

My autistic ass watching this for stim tool ideas. Im very tactical and very bad at remembering to grab my tools as opposed to harmful self stims. My personal biggest stim tool are literally just a run of the mill stuffed animal, particularly Jellycats because they have really soft fur, and both beads and stuffing in their bodies making them feel very balanced and makes my brain feel happy
