What if I spoke with Apple senior tech advisors and Apple engineering and they both recommend I get a replacement phone but the Apple Store refuses to replace it? Over 3 weeks and several trips to ATT and Apple and no one wants to do anything about it.

Not if it’s an insurance phone. I got my 18 Pro maxs stolen AT&T sent me a replacement that turned out to have an SOS on it. And now they’re having a hard time switching it out because of the fact that it’s an insurance phone bullshit. If you asked me, I’ve been dealing with this for a whole week. I’m so sick of it.[Embarrassed]
