@couriernebraska: A Norfolk resident urged city leaders to reconsider the city’s use of Flock Safety license plate readers during an Oct. 5 City Council meeting. She pointed to an out-of-state case in which license plate reader information escalated a minor traffic stop into a drug investigation, arguing that the technology violates the Fourth Amendment even when officials say it can help solve crimes.
