@emilyincozymode: I’m here for all the Meghan Quinn books. Graydon, Bennett, and OC are the funniest group of “Gladdy Daddy’s” iykyk 🤣. I adored Jjust for the Cameras. It was a grumpy sunshine pairing that was just too much fun. Throw in some flamingos 🦩 and it was a grand old time. The banter, the tension… chefs kiss. 🤌😚 The series is going to be set around 3 sports professionals. Graydon St John a grumpy football player for the San Francisco Foggorns, Bennett Brinkman a shy younger baseball player for the San Francisco Bombers who’s basically holding the team together, and OC quirky hockey player for the Vancouver Agitators who seems to be hiding behind a mask of hilariously inappropriate comments and actions, more than we can see. Just for the Cameras is the first in the series. Second is Just for the Plot. Now in just for the plot Bennett is pining after his older sisters best friend. But can he get her to see him as more than just his best friends once, but not any longer, little brother. This is a friends to lovers and age gap trope now I will say it wasn’t my favorite of the two out so far. Just for the Cameras had me hooked. But maybe it’s just because a grumpy/sunshine is one of my favorite trops so I was definitely here for it. That being said it was still really good. But I’m super excited to hear what happens with OC. The wild card deserves someone to love him like he loves muffins. 😉 #BookTok #bookreview #romancebooks #read #booktokgirlies
