I want to relatch him but he hasn’t latched for two months. He’s 6 months btw. I exclusively pump and he drinks about 7oz every 4 hours but I only make 5ozs every time I pump. Latching him is so hard because he starts crying and freaking out.

My thought is because I output when I pump only 2-3oz but when she eats a bottle (pumped with formula) she eats 5 oz 🫠

i want to increase my milk supply because my 2 months baby had bad milk transfer (and is not gaining enough weight), she spends hours straight in one feed minimum 2 hours ( to 4 hours straight) and i feel like she is never satisfied , i can not pump after feeds regularly as she doesnt have a normal feeding patern , i am tired and loosing hope on breastfeeding

So my baby is almost 3 months old. I was pressured into giving my baby a bottle in addition to my milk from age 4 days. When I breastfeed him, he still wants more and I feel like I’m out of milk and I give him a bottle. I feel like a failure.

: My baby is three months and is on the breast constantly. I feel that I don’t have time to pump and then when I do pump, she gets hungry and then there’s not enough milk in my breast so then I have to give her what I pumped. I’m not able to build a freezer supply

I exclusively pump and I'm a just enougher. I'm okay without a big freezer supply, I just keep a bit of formula as a backup. I pump everytime my baby eats during the day and end the night with a double pump or a power pump. Although my baby can sleep thru the night, I try to get up once in the middle of the night to pump and it makes a difference. When I slack off my supply dips. I keep up on water, use the proper flanges and renew valves and membranes every month. Also its annoying but I limit using wearables to only when I go out.

I’m five weeks pp I exclusively pump I usually get 2 oz total per pump , baby eats 3-4.5 oz almost every 2 hrs so I supplement . I’d really like to increase my supply , my flanges are correct and I pump about 7 times a day it’s really hard for me to pump during night

My 5 months old is my BOSS, he breastfeeds anytime he wants. Sometimes every hour and sometimes every two hours. I drop everything and breastfeed him. He is in the 97 percentile in weight. Like she said frequent removal. Also I eat three high protein meals with lots of veggies. Healthy snacks in between. I cant diet while breastfeeding.

I’m in the UK and at my latest weigh in, my 3 month old has dropped 2 centiles. But he is alert, doing plenty wet nappies and the GP sees no cause for concern at the moment as long as he puts weight on going forward. I’m worried that he’s not getting as much as I think he is, but we feed on demand and he feeds on average between 10-12 times a day and I try and pump once a day too for when I go back to work. How true is it that certain foods can aid production? Xx

My baby is at daycare and takes 3 bottles while there so I try and pump 3 times at work. I usually only get 2oz two of the 3 times. One of my 3 pumps doesn’t result in anything. And if I try and pump every 3 hours the supply is low so I try and go longer in between pumps which sometimes results in only being able to pump twice before I have to pick up baby from daycare.

I’m 10 weeks postpartum. I pump irregularly from 4 to 6 hours a day. I know I need to get them more regular. But if I follow a 3 hour rule I only get 2 ounce. If I do, 6 hours 6 ounces. But if I keep aiming for 6 ounces, the time frame keeps increasing from 6 hours to 7,8,9

I want my supply to boost solely because if my breasts aren’t engorged, my 5 week old has a hard time keeping my breast in his mouth. Like I feel like they’re too soft this week and they just fall out of his mouth and he gets so frustrated

I’m 11 weeks postpartum, almost 12. I mainly nurse on demand but every time I try to pump no matter how long it’s been I get maybe 2 oz. I am nervous to pump in between feeds because I want to make sure baby has enough. Any suggestions to increase supply? I was also anemic during pregnancy and just started an iron supplement to see if that will help things
