Always separate the outcome from the method to achieve that outcome. If you're disagreeing on the desired outcome at a business level, that's a huge issue.

I agree with the pushing back and voicing your opinion, however, you have to be pretty delicate about it because I’ve seen people lose their jobs over disagreeing with leadership.
