Let me know if you guys try it! 🍳✨ Mom’s Egg & Potato Casserole Ingredients: 24 oz. frozen shredded hash browns ½ cup butter, melted 1½ cups Monterey Jack cheese 1½ cups cheddar cheese 1½ cups cubed ham — or as much as you want :) ½ tsp. seasoned salt 6 eggs 1 cup evaporated milk Directions: Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray and layer the hash browns on the bottom. Add the cheese and ham, then pour the melted butter over the top. Bake at 425°F for 25 minutes. Whisk together the eggs, evaporated milk, and seasoned salt. Pour over the potatoes, lower the oven to 350°F, and bake for another 25–30 minutes, or until cooked through. 🤎 P.S.
