Currently it’s a closed eyesore. It hasn’t been a store for over 50 years. The offices were horrible.

ion understand how creating more housing equity n building apartments is a bad thing unless they’re horribly upcharing or overcharging. Like ik it’s a very huge part of our history n it’s incredibly sad it’s coming down but isn’t this a good use ?
