My husband does ALLLLL the things for scent and goes out and sees nothing. I go out with him with my book, bag of chips, perfume, hair done etc and we see 10+ deer. Im starting to think men just smell terrible to deer no matter what they do. 🤣

im probably lame to the thought, but deer eat wildflowers nuts and berries. if cold is coming they will be looking for food. if you smell like"food" they will be attracted to it

My father in law will be 76 this year. He picks a good view point, finds a tree stump to sit on and gets a deer if not a few every year. He knows a thing or two cuz hes seen a thing or 2!❤️

1000% gotta see thru the BS. -recognize the gifts & don't take them for granted. -some things help you harvest some help your psyche. -scent products don't work as good as hunting the right wind. -Camo is for the vibe. doesn't prevent the requirements of being still. I just don't wear blue.🤷♂️

I’ve shot so many bucks after work wearing perfume. I don’t waste my money on the scent killer stuff, use regular laundry detergent on all of our hunting stuff, and it hasn’t hindered us in any way. I just hunt the wind and do my best!

I'm not a hunter. Maybe I'm being a little cynical here. But ladies do you think it was a made up excuse back in the day. So the wives couldn't/didn't want to come. Either they would deter the deer by their perfume scent. Or a way to keep the wives from wanting to go because we don't like to smell like 💩. 😂🙏❤️

I’m a wildlife photographer and dear and elk gets so close to me all the time and I’m not even wearing camo. I always wonder why hunters make such a big deal out of it all.

I really want to learn to hunt. I grew up in a family of hunters but my dad never let me hunt. I had to stay home and make the soup. Now I am married to a non-hunter and I’m still stunted. Can I come spend a long weekend with you! 😂

My husband, is who taught me about hunting & I love it. One of the first things he told me is that he REFUSES to buy the excessively expensive crap because he grew up hunting with his grandpa who threw on overalls & a flannel, went out in the woods with a little Debbie cake & a Mountain Dew & harvested beautiful, trophy deer & fed his family for his entire life & he never paid for any special gear. 🙌🏻
