I LOVED “This Thing Between Us” but I would not call it “fun.” It’s great if you want something that will creep you tf out while also making you very, VERY sad

YES! Pet Semetary was my first “adult” book as a middle schooler and it’s still my favorite. You feel just as scared as you do devastated. It’s such a ride.

‘Pet Sematary’ is like nothing King has ever written. I’ve read most of King’s novels and I find it funny that the only manuscript he hesitated publishing was his very best.

I haven’t been scared by a book yet but just recently started in horror. I’m halfway through The Troop. I have Pet Sematary, Mary, The Unworthy, and Psycho on my tbr for this month.

Kinda curious! I love Stephen King but I haven't read Pet Sematary because I have a hard time with losing a child. Is the book better than the movie? Did the movie leave out a lot?

I have such a deep love for Pet Semetary. I read it on a whim after my oldest son was born, I don't think I'll ever read a book that hits me as hard.

as a teen I believed a BOOK can't scare me. it doesn't even have pictures. Pet Semetary changed my mind 😭

My FYP sent a video of yours to me the other day, and it sounded like we had similar tastes, and you just named the scariest book I have ever read as the scariest book you have ever read. Done. I added the others I haven't read to my want to read list.

I just read The Exorcist and I thought it was boring [Snicker] There was way to much of the book dedicated to the medical testing that I lost interest. I did finish it because I’m reading it for a book club.
