I know it’s a thing but staffing provider? Why a middleman? What happened to companies hiring employees? No fkng wonder healthcare is unaffordable. If I ran this country there’d be so many regs imposed on these conglomerates in healthcare sector the only people left who’d still want to run a hospital’d be doctors and nurses.

As with everywhere it’s about $ Come in with new vendor/headhunter and everyone with seniority who worked to their pay level goes or is cut in pay n new inexperienced lower pay people brought in Wow how scary is ER going to be now Wonder if CEO got pay decrease

Had a relative in Cooper no better. After 2 days finally got a room. Nurses were nice but no doctors. Nurse even said we don’t usually release people on Sundays only few doctors to cover all the floors.

Omg the place is a nightmare - my mom was in icu and it was like a ghost town - the dr consult took place in a stairwell as I had to run to ask questions - the only good thing about Lourdes is their chapel other than that I will never go back to that hospital!!! Not surprised at all- !!!!!!!!!!!!
