I’m 41. And apparently, I’ve decided it’s a good time to go back to school. 😂 But here’s what I keep realizing…I’m not actually starting over. I’m bringing everything with me. The yoga. The wellness work. The years of learning about the nervous system. The businesses I’ve built. The things that worked. The things that spectacularly did NOT work. The life experience. The lessons I didn’t exactly ask for but probably needed anyway. And now I’m adding nutrition to the mix. I still have a construction company to run. I still have a family. I still have approximately 9,000 things happening at any given moment. But somewhere in the middle of all of that, I’m carving out this little piece of my life that feels incredibly meaningful. A chance to keep learning, a chance to understand women’s health on a deeper level. A chance to take all these seemingly unrelated pieces of myself and see what happens when I stop trying to choose just one. And maybe, just maybe…create something that helps another woman feel a little more connected to her body, her health, and herself. I don't know exactly where this road leads yet, and I’m okay with that. We’re not supposed to have the whole thing figured out. We’re just supposed to keep becoming. Xo 🖤
