6 ways to stay on track when you’re on vacay or travelling 👙🌴✈️🌺🍦 Firstly I wanna point out that you absolutely don’t have to “stay on track” on holiday!! You are fully entitled to go on vacation and lie on the beach eating ice cream and sipping margaritas all day 🍹 but it’s also okay if you want to do your best to stay “on it” with your healthy lifestyle (which is the approach I adopt because this is just my way of life now and I love how it makes me feel🧚‍♀️) But trust me - a week or 2 of chilling out with your fitness and eating lots of yum food won’t do any damage long term. But you can also enjoy your holiday and maintain your progress and even make progress when you’re away!!🐬 I’ve sooo much good food in Australia and I’ve managed to lose 3kg at the same time!! 1. stay active - go explore!! Try a new activity; I’ve been rock climbing, hiking round a rainforest + waterfall, kayaking, lots of long walks 2. Order high protein meals. Doesn’t mean ordering the lowest calorie high protein option on the menu but all places will have delicious food choices that are high in protein which is going to keep you full and maintain those gains !! 3. Try a new gym. This is one of my fav things to do; I love going to new gyms or trying different workout classes. This could be an opportunity for you to try a new style of exercise (yoga/ Pilates/ group classes/ dance/ boxing) 4. Stay hydrated! “Drink your water” is so boring and obvious but it’s sooooooo important not just for keeping your body healthy + functioning optimally but also for your workout performance, brain health, skin + hair! 5. Avoid the all or nothing mentality!! You can do a workout and then go eat a pizza. You can go out for drinks without it sending you down the rabbit hole of binge eating for several days after. Focus on small healthy daily wins rather than perfection. BALANCE PEOPLE!! 7. Mems over macros!!! Having a fab holiday is far more important than how many calories you eat x #stayingontrack #traveltips #healthylifestyle #vacationtips #holidaytips #balancedlifestyle #traveltok #fyp #foryou #howtoloseweight #summerholidays #summervacation #weightlosstipsforwomen #allornothing #livinginaustralia #travelaustralia #solotravelwoman #caloriedeficitforweightloss #travellingtheworld
