I broke two of my metacarpals and needed surgery but I couldn’t get surgery for quite a while and the surgery ended up having to be so much more extensive cause it started to heal incorrectly so they had to remove all the scar tissue. Now I deal with arthritis so please get surgery asap for yourself

I did that too! I had surgery for my break in my 4th metacarpal in my left hand. I have a plate and 6 screws! my xray looked very very similar to yours!
