This is my second year reselling full time and I have already surpassed my total sales on Poshmark last year, and it’s only the very start of Q4. Last year I made $89,608 in sales on Poshmark in total. I had my best months ever in Q4 of last year with my best month ever being just under $11,000. This year my best month so far was in May, where I made $14,527 in sales. That being said, I can’t wait to see what Q4 has in store for me this year. There’s no “secret” to growing on Poshmark or in reselling in general. It’s consistency, and most importantly time. As you can see I’ve been reselling for 5 years now and my Poshmark sales basically double every year. I list every single day, that’s the “secret”. I can absolutely understand how getting starting in reselling is harder now than ever with thrift store prices increasing and people having less money to spend due to the economy, but it is possible!!! There are a million different business models in reselling, you just have to find what works for you. I’m extremely fortunate to live somewhere that has normal thrift store prices with amazing inventory, but just because you might not doesn’t mean you can’t resell. There are TONS of resellers on this app that do it differently. You can go to the bins and get items for cheap and sell them for less but at higher volume, style based selling, whatnot, consignment, etc. As always I post about my numbers simply to help inspire other resellers, never to brag. As you can see it hasn’t always been like this, and it took a ton of work to get here. I want to continue to grow and not be comfortable where I am now, the sky truly is the limit!
