Speaking as a gay electrician, that pendant light is too big for over the sink for you guys. You’re gonna hit your head on it every single time you do dishes at the sink. But I do love what you’re serving up in the future dining room 😉

instead of a mirror behind the toilet, id suggest more shelving or storage space for supplies. extra tp, tissues, wipes, (feminine products if you have any ladies visiting). you could even do some decor on the shelves to give it more character and texture.

Literally anything other than shiplap lol! Stone, Venetian plaster or even lime wash would look cool. Shiplap is so overdone and outdated but if you like the look then go for it! ❤️❤️

I would add gallery rails to both the shelves in the living room and the shelves right off the kitchen. Also a huge fan of beadbord for the living room nooks!

I ordered these backsplash panels from Amazon for my kitchen and it came out SO cute (super easy to clean, too). These particular panels are no longer available, but I’m throwing out the idea for backsplash panels because they’re so affordable and offer great texture. I’ll add a picture of my kitchen with it installed, too.
