@tailnestrescue: Drove off with two rescued puppies and when I looked back I noticed another one. Notice his reaction when I said "Excuse me." We almost forgot their sibling. What a close call! I'll be back at this location in case there are more but I have 4 rescued dogs now that are living in my truck awaiting their enclosures to be built at our sanctuary so that their healing can begin. I'm in tears sending so much gratitude and love to every single person that has donated and will consider donating to help me with their care. This is the most crazy, stressful and expensive thing I've ever done for humanity and I wouldn't be able to scale this big without your help. I believe im eating my place in heaven and that all I can ask for but seeing the animals I care for is a reminder that I don't want to end up as another rescue that quit because it got hard because it's a money pit for us rescuers. We are still climbing and I want to pave the way and opportunity for more people to do animal rescue with passion and resilience. I hope that my transparency and resilience inspires someone to keep doing that thing that calls you to keep trying even when it's hard and you feel stuck. We all need each other and I hope that way I need you shows you that YOU can make a difference in animal rescue without starting one.
