@thestandingo: 3 years ago today I decided I was too old for music festivals and caught a last minute flight back to the US from Tel Aviv. Upon arrival we were informed about the Nova Festival I should’ve been at. Every single one of us tried to get flights back to help in any capacity. There is a “me” before 10/7/23 and a “me” after. Survivors guilt is real. Having family who were captured and held as hostages is real. Learning that as an Israeli Jewish female we became the most hunted in the world is real. Never again is now and I’ve never been prouder to be of service to my country. May the memory of those who didn’t survive be a blessing. 🕯️ #neveragain #amyisraelchai #october7th #antisemitism #IDF
