The difference in “o’s” from before I started testosterone vs after, is genuinely crazy. The best way I can explain it is a male and female orgasm combined. Idk if other trans men also deal with this but I personally get painful cramps after that mimic contractions.

4 years in and like someone else said, it's kind of like a mix of the two. I can get better pleasure now, but it takes a bit longer to get there, then it either takes forever to do again or I can keep going over and over. it's different day by day.

ftm here (on t for almost 5 years) - not much change for me before vs. after in regards to the actual O! i can still have multiple in a small timeframe and they usually all last more than 20 seconds. biggest discrepancy is being ‘in the mood’ faaaar more often than pre-transition

I'm ftm, been on T 5yrs. O wise, it's waayy more genital centered, never goes beyond the pelvic region now. Definitely doesn't last as long and there's almost no after glow. I find that it takes a little less time to get there too. Also, the places that used to feel good aren't quite the same and now different places feel good. T has been a very weird experience but ultimately very glad for it. Even if I'm a yeti now with how hairy I am 😂

My orgasms have honestly been stronger and much more enjoyable (especially after my hysterectomy since I did also get post O cramping) after starting T. However I do have PCOS as well, so I'm not sure if that plays a role. But yeah I can definitely achieve it much quicker and the longer refractory period is real.

so THAT'S why it's so different depending on how long it's been since my shot! i always feel so embarrassed for finishing early but now i know. as a personal anecdote, i've also noticed hypersensitivity! to the point of anything brushing against it is painful. it gets worse immediately after the shot then slowly dwindles

Been on T for 10yrs and it’s definitely a stronger whole body experience. Getting multiple was a wild feeling at first and still surprised me each time 😂 i do finish much faster due to being so sensitive from that growth, but over all ✨10/10✨

from what I've heard and experienced it doesn't become smaller per se but it becomes more.. centralized? Instead of being a full body experience, most of the feeling is localized to the area. And I believe the reverse happens with estrogen!! overall pretty cool. I wonder what the biological/evolutionary reason for this difference is
