Well it was private equity who sold off it's main assets being all the real estate and leasing it back to the business that ultimately destroyed the company nothing to do with this endless shrimp (although that didn't help)

I was a manager at red lobster, when I was told this on a conference call I told them they will go bankrupt if they do this. I got yelled at and sent off the call I couldn’t say told ya so faster.
