lol I can tell you this my grandfather lived to 101 years old and he ate raw ground beef for at least 44 years of my life and I'm sure he ate it for a lot longer than that plus he ate it every single day a nice little round ball of raw ground beef. I also have been eating raw ground beef for a good portion of my life because of this hanging out with him all the time

I mean if its from a butcher I trust and me or the wife have been handling it sure it gets a pass. ground beef from the store or restaurant gets cooked to temp.
