@princewalibi4: Better Late Than Never The International Criminal Court has finally made public the arrest warrants issued in 2025 for four senior Taliban officials: Hibatullah Akhundzada Abdul Hakim Haqqani and once again Habibullah Agha the Taliban’s Minister of Education, and Nida Mohammad Nadim, the Taliban’s Minister of Higher Education. Although delayed this action sends a clear message: the Afghanistan case is not closed, and accountability under the law does not disappear with the passage of time. On #November_21_2022_we_brought_before_the #International #Criminal_Court what we knew and had documented regarding the situation in Afghanistan and the violations of the rights of its people. Since then, this process has continued slowly but persistently. The issuance and public disclosure of these warrants demonstrate that what is documented and recorded may take time, but can ultimately reach the table of justice. We thank the Court for this recent action. However given the scale and persistence of the situation in Afghanistan we expect the Court to take its next steps more swiftly and decisively. For victims justice has meaning .only when it does not remain confined to documents and case files but when the legal responsibility of individuals for their actions is also enforced. #Resistance #Ahmad_Masoud_Sani❤
