@lionsdeninkstudio: I don’t think I’ll ever be able to explain what this moment meant to me. 20,000 people decided to follow me. 20,000 people watched my work, supported my art, shared my posts, trusted me with their stories… and somehow, that number gave me the opportunity to do something I never knew I needed. I got to tattoo my momma. The woman who held my hand before I ever held a tattoo machine. The woman who believed in me before there was anything to believe in. Before the followers. Before the shop. Before the trophies. Before anybody knew my name. She was there. And now I’m sitting across from her, watching my own mother trust me with something permanent. I’ve tattooed some incredible people in my life… but I already know this will be the tattoo I remember when I’m old and gray. Because one day, the numbers won’t matter. The views won’t matter. The likes won’t matter. The followers won’t matter. But I’ll remember sitting right there with my mom. I’ll remember the feeling.
