@kittenpopeck: It’s wild to think about how much science goes into preparing my body for a tiny embryo. 🥹🤍 With premature ovarian failure, my body doesn’t produce the hormones it needs the way it should, so hormone replacement therapy has been part of my life—and during a fully medicated embryo transfer cycle, those hormones have an even bigger job. Estrogen to build my lining. Progesterone to prepare it for implantation. Medications timed down to the day, all leading up to one tiny embryo getting a chance to come home. 🧬✨ IVF is so much more than transfer day. Sometimes you’re literally recreating the hormonal environment your body would normally create on its own. Here we go again. One step closer to hopefully making Roary a big sister. 🥹🤞🏼🎀 #IVF #IVFJourney #EmbryoTransfer #FET #FrozenEmbryoTransfer
I’ve done 4 days of PIO so far and honestly not that bad. Sure I’m bruising and the spots are tender but maybe my excitement for my transfer is making them less dreadful 😅

I found the egg retrieval shots to not be that bad, but I’m trying not to jinx it, so I’m reeeeally hoping PIO doesn’t humble me 🤞starting them in a week!!

I did FET 8/17/26 and conceived but it’s been no easy feet. I’ve been doing progesterone and oil injections for about 11 weeks now with estrogen, injections, estrogen, pills, and estrogen patches it led to me, developing a pulmonary embolism in my chest with a heart strain, along with pneumonia. I ended up in the hospital for a week and I’m still in recovery. Take a look at one of my videos and you’ll see all the information.

I had normal cycles and my doctor still had me go through a fully medicated cycle. PIO wasn’t bad for me. The internet scared 💩 out of me. Currently 15.2 weeks pregnant with our 2nd transfer. Good Luck to you 🤍🙏

I had not a terrible experience with the shots!! I heated the muscle and oil for ten minutes. Then my husband did the shot. He did it fast like a dart that is KEY. Then heated another ten minutes. I hope they get better!!

My daughter is 14 months & the result of a fully medicated transfer after several failures and let me tell you, i dont remember the shots at all. They are a complete blur in the overall scope of everything. It will all be worth it. I did 55 shots and once told to stop wanted to do more because i was terrified my body wasnt ready to keeep her alive on its own. Its a traumatic journey but i wish you the best.

The PIO went up to 10 weeks pregnant for me. The knots and bruises didn’t go away until the past week or so, I’ll be 17 weeks tomorrow. I pray it works for you and I wish you a nice and relaxing time through this!

its more expensive, try pio in eo not sesame. Its exactly the same but thinner formula. I was looking into protulex which is a water based progesterone that the UK uses. I was not sure the process to order so I didn't

my auto injector has been a life saver. 1.9cc of PIO, on day like 45. my cheeks hurt, and the lumps are awful.

I took estrogen injections this time too, they are also intermuscular, along with PIO actually preferred it to oral!

I had to do estrogen patch, estrogen pills, and Pio! Ugh! Sadly it didn’t work, I’m on natural mod now! Praying I ovulate on my own! Look into the auto injector! It makes Pio a breeze
