#primerimpacto #historiasdeimpacto #dentista #famosos

After being refused at one border control point last night, a 5-hour detour and a 2-hour motorboat journey upstream on the Sangha River — in pouring rain, with lightning flashing on both sides of us. We eventually made it to Sangha Lodge, woke up beside the river, then faced another delay waiting for our driver. Just after 10:30am we finally set off for Nola, bouncing along dirt tracks through the jungle, passing checkpoints and even stopping to clear a fallen tree with the machetes. More than four hours later, the visa was approved and we arrived in Nola around 4pm. Tomorrow morning, the kayaks go in the water.

@ALEX ALFANNAN407 Create a cinematic, intimate video of a man speaking directly to camera in a calm, reflective tone. Script (first person, English with light Spanish touch allowed): “Right now, I’m going through a change. A real one. I’m not the same person I was, and I’m not trying to be. I’ve learned that in life, you have to change… you have to move, grow, let go. And that’s where I am. I’m changing my environment. I’m changing the energy around me. It’s not about hating people… it’s about protecting my peace. I’ve realized I don’t need everyone to understand me. I don’t need to explain why I’m quiet, why I pull back, why I go inward. That’s just who I am. Sometimes I need space. Sometimes I need silence. Sometimes I need to disappear a little… to find myself again. And no… it’s not personal. It’s not about you. It’s about me becoming who I’m meant to be. Right now I’m processing things. I’m feeling deeply. I’m holding things I’m not ready to share yet. So yes… I’m stepping back. I’m removing people from my space, from my social media, from my daily energy. Not out of anger… but out of growth. I’m changing skin. And not everyone is meant to come with me to the next version of my life.” Visual style: soft lighting, close-up shots, emotional, slow camera movement, neutral background. Tone: honest, vulnerable, calm but strong. Music: soft ambient, introspective.
