Asics! Novablast or gel kayano! However; it does really depend on your feet issues/needs. If you have plantar fasciitis; hokas and onclouds. Also good compression socks!! My Sockwell socks last me 3 years and I can tell when I don’t wear them. I work 10-12 hour shifts on my feet.

girl hokas … there’s a place in eville that scans your feet and you get certain insoles for your shoes depending on your pressure points so mine mostly hit on my knees and lower back bcs i have bad knee and back problems.. it does get a little pricey tho but well worth it !

Legit every sneaker hurts my feet. I switched to crocs and never had an issue. And I am the biggest croc hater I think they’re so mf ugly and such an eye sore but literally they’re the only thing that don’t hurt my feet -medical scientist
