Cinnamon & sugar doughnuts 🍁🤎 * makes 15 doughnut twists Ingredients: - 1 cup warm milk- 110° - 2 1/4 tsp dry active yeast - 1 egg - 3 Tbsp melted butter - 2/3 cup granulated sugar - 2 tsp vanilla extract - 3 1/2 cups flour - 3 tsp fine sea salt - 1/2 tsp cinnamon Coating: - 1/2 cup granulated sugar - 3 Tbsp brown sugar - 1 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon Directions: 1. In a bowl stir warm milk( 110°) and yeast together. Let it sit until foam forms at the top. Next add the egg, butter, vanilla, and sugar and mix. Set aside 2. In another bowl mix flour, salt, and cinnamon together. Now combine the wet and dry ingredients together, eventually using your hands. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes or until it’s not sticky, slowly add more flour if needed. The dough should be a little tacky but not so sticky that it gets all over your hands. 3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover and let it rise for 1- 1 1/2 hours. The dough should be doubled in size. 4. Lightly flour a flat surface and spread the dough into a rectangle, next roll the dough into a log, then cut 15 even pieces. 5. Next form the doughnut twist, take 1 of the pieces and roll it into a rope shape. Next roll your hands into opposite directions so the rope becomes twisted. Lift the rope with both hands at the ends and it should form the twist. Pinch the two ends together, and place on a lined baking sheet, repeat this step for the other 14 pieces. 6. Once all 15 twist are formed cover the lined baking sheet and let them sit for 30 minutes. 7. While those are rising make the coating, mix the sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon together in a bowl and set aside. 8. Next heat up the oil, I use a Dutch oven pan. Heat the oil up to 325°. Carefully place 3-4 doughnuts in the oil, keep flipping and moving the doughnuts around for 4-5 minutes or until they are golden brown. 9. Once they are done scoop them out and let the oil drain off then immediately toss them in the coating mixture then place them on a cooling rack. Repeat for the remaining doughnuts. Hoy te enseño una mezcla casera que anda circulando mucho: café instantáneo, arroz y romero seco, hervidos y combinados con un sobre de champú. Es barata, se prepara en pocos minutos y usa cosas que probablemente ya tienes en la cocina. Le puse un poco de humor porque, seamos honestos, hablar del cabello con cara seria nos sale caro. Si la pruebas, hazlo primero en una zona pequeña por si tu piel es sensible, y recuerda que los resultados cambian de persona a persona. Si la caída es constante, lo mejor es consultar a un dermatólogo.
