my mum was eating crisps and rustling the packet repeatedly for like 10 mins so I asked "are you nearly done, how many crisps are in there" and she showed me the packet and I said "the rustling is really annoying me" and she snapped at me saying "god is there anything that doesnt annoy you? Im on edge and tense while im eating all the time." and I felt so much guilt so with tears in my eyes I said "I cant help it mum.." 💔 she doesnt understand and I dont know how I CAN make her understand its so draining.
