@awarehime: Looking for a new way to enjoy all the favorites of breakfast….I have a recipe for you! #cookingathometiktoktv#breakfastrecipes#DinnerIdeas#cooking#recipesoftiktok You’ll need: Enchilada sauce - 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp flour 1/2 tsp cumin 1 cup milk 3 oz cream cheese 1/3 cup salsa 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese Filling - 10 large eggs - scrambled Salt & pepper 12 oz bacon - cooked & crumbled 12 oz maple sausage - cooked & crumbled 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 8 large flour tortillas 1. Preheat oven to 350 & grease 9x13 pan. 2. Prepare sauce - melt butter, whisk in flour until golden brown, add cumin, slowly pour in milk while whisking, bring to a boil then reduce heat, add cream cheese & stir until melted, add salsa & shredded cheese stirring until all melted. 3. Scramble eggs, cook and crumble bacon & sausage. 4. Assemble - place tortilla on flat surface, down center place scrambled eggs then bacon & sausage, top with a little bit of sauce & shredded cheddar, and roll. Place all completed enchiladas in 9x13 pan. 5. Top with remaining sauce, bacon, & sausage. 6. Bake uncovered for 20 mins or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
