genz has been brought up without FAFO consequences. they have no respect for anyone especially people older than them (parents, teachers, strangers etc) and will tell you they dont "owe" you any type of politeness. they are rude to anyone for any reason. so her behavior doesn't surprise me. you would think she learned a lesson but by her posting it shows me she still thinks shes in the right. she isnt ashamed at speaking to that woman that way.
