When I say I dropped to a dangerous weight, my nervous system was fucked, I almost was admitted to hostpital the month following a complete discard after he was the one who did me wrong. I seriously have ptsd from it. Took me from May until now to get to a good place. On Monday morning he followed my dogs insta account. Had 4 back to back missed calls, and a hey are you ok text. I had to LOL, thank you for your videos because I am now so clued up on his behaviour. I ignored everything and it’s the most empowering thing you can do 🙏🏽
