its ok to pray silently....there must be oder during the process,there's a leader whi gives commands,but really we must take our beliefs aside n follow protocol I agree with you.....every second matter...pray silently while on the patient...I defend the nurse,after all work places have principles so we can come n fiddle with our beliefs
