INGREDIENTS For the Potato Cups: • 1½ lbs baby gold potatoes • 2 tbsp olive oil • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp smoked paprika • ½ tsp onion powder • Salt & black pepper • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese • ½ cup cooked crumbled bacon • 2 green onions, sliced • Sliced jalapeños, optional For the Garlic Butter Steak Bites: • 1¼ lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-size cubes • 1 tbsp avocado oil • 1 tsp smoked paprika • 1 tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp onion powder • Salt & cracked black pepper • 3 tbsp butter • 4 garlic cloves, minced • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce • 1 tbsp chopped parsley For the Creamy Steakhouse Drizzle: • ⅓ cup mayo • 2 tbsp sour cream • 1 tbsp steak sauce • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce • ½ tsp garlic powder • 1-2 tsp water to thin HOW TO MAKE IT: 1️⃣ Boil the baby potatoes in salted water for 15-18 minutes until fork tender. Drain and let them steam dry for a few minutes. 2️⃣ Preheat oven to 450°F. Grease a muffin pan and place one potato into each cup. Use the bottom of a small glass or spoon to smash each potato down and press it up the sides to form a crispy little cup. 3️⃣ Brush with olive oil and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. 4️⃣ Bake for 20-25 minutes until deeply golden and crispy around the edges. 5️⃣ While the potatoes bake, pat the steak VERY dry. Season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. 6️⃣ Heat a cast iron skillet until smoking hot. Add avocado oil and sear the steak bites in a single layer for 1-2 minutes per side. Don’t overcrowd the pan! 7️⃣ Lower the heat. Add butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley. Toss until every steak bite is glossy and coated in that garlic butter. 8️⃣ Fill each crispy potato cup with shredded cheddar and return to the oven for 2-3 minutes until melted. 9️⃣ Top with garlic butter steak bites, crispy bacon, green onions, jalapeños, and a generous drizzle of creamy steakhouse sauce. #FoodTok #EasyRecipe #steakbites #DinnerIdeas #loadedpotatoes
