A woman willing to pay $1,000+ for her hair is a PARTICULAR client—and everybody is not her. If you don’t like her prices, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. If you don’t like her work, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Nobody argues with Gucci or Chanel about what they charge. You either can and want to pay it, or you shop somewhere else. Was the credit-card footage a mistake? Yes. The client knew she was being recorded, but India also should’ve reviewed the footage before posting it. She took it down once she realized it. Lesson learned. That does NOT erase everything she’s built. The internet loves a pile-on. One person complains and suddenly everybody has a story. Stop letting strangers who don’t know your business define your value. Take the lesson, tighten up your business practices, and KEEP BEING DOPE.
