I made these cozy cinnamon banana bread rolls on a little autumn day, and honestly… they turned out even better than I imagined. 🍌🤎 Soft, fluffy, warm and filled with the sweetest cinnamon-banana goodness. The kind of recipe that makes your whole kitchen smell like home. 🥹✨ For the Dough : * 300 g all-purpose flour * 7 g instant yeast * 40 g granulated sugar * ½ tsp salt * 1 large ripe banana, mashed (about 100–120 g) * 100 ml warm milk * 40 g melted butter * 1 tsp vanilla extract Banana Cinnamon Filling: * 1 large ripe banana, mashed (about 100–120 g) * 50 g soft butter * 80 g brown sugar * 2 tsp cinnamon * 1 tsp vanilla extract Cream Cheese Frosting: * 100 g cream cheese * 40 g powdered sugar * 1–2 tbsp milk * ½ tsp vanilla extract 1. Activate the yeast: Warm the milk until lukewarm, not hot. Stir in the sugar and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes until foamy on top. 2. In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the mashed banana, vanilla, melted butter and the activated yeast mixture. 3. Knead for 8–10 minutes until the dough is soft, smooth and slightly tacky. 4. Cover and let the dough rise for 60–90 minutes, or until doubled in size. 5. Make the filling: Mix the mashed banana, softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla until creamy. 6. Roll the dough into a rectangle. Spread the filling evenly over the dough. 7. Roll it up tightly from the long side and cut into 8 equal rolls. 8. Place the rolls into a greased baking dish. Cover and let them rise again for 25–35 minutes. 9. Bake at 175°C top/bottom heat for 22–27 minutes, until lightly golden. 10. Mix the cream cheese frosting ingredients until smooth and spread over the warm rolls. Tip: For super soft, gooey rolls, pour 2–3 tbsp warm heavy cream over them right before baking. 🤎🍌 #cinnamonrolls #bananabread #Recipe #baking #fallrecipies
