My mom is one of those people on vacation that says “you’re hungry again?! But you ate a whole egg for breakfast.” Yeah that was 7 hours ago and one egg wasn’t enough for that meal. I’m going to be eating now or I will be physically ill because my blood sugar will crash. It’s not just a rumbly tummy. I start to get nauseous from the drop and it not only ruins that day but it makes me feel hungover the following day. Sorry for the inconvenience but I WILL be eating every six hours at minimum.

This is meeeee! I love my in-laws but they ALWAYS push eating for HOURS so I make sure to eat beforehand because I know it’ll be forever until we eat! 😅
