Dear Delphine,i am desperate,after engaging with mental health 1yr and 8 months ago my psychiatrist simply refuses to give me talking therapy for 8yrs of narcissistic abuse,he has tried treating me for adhd and after a year said i could have therapy only for it to be 5 lessons in mindfullness(which i have already learnt years ago)when he sawvme at the start of the year it was an assesment to regain my(clean)driving liscence and because he was asking me idiotic questions i got angry at him,so he simply said,20 mins in"you are not getting your liscence back(yet a year before i had seen a different phyciatrist who cleared me on all 5points the dvla require you to drive).I saw him last week and got angry with him again,told him why and that i was't angry at just anyone but simply at him.Everytime previous i have told him about problems he simply ups my medication.I was origionally sectioned at 30yrs old and told i was having delusions,hearing things and hallucinating,i have never believed a word of it as nobody has proven ANYTHING.I know nothing is qrong with me as i have not taken medication for just under 30 yrs.I took it for the first few months then stopped.I have proof of the narcissistic abuse and have played recordings(voice and video)to my housing association anti social behavior dept and this is on permanent record.The last time i put myself on a section was in2018 to have a break from my neighbours and on the 3rd week of a 28 day section was told i was going home early.I had a meeting as you do with the doctors on the last day,they came up to me and said this,"you are going home early because we don't know whats wrongwith you,to us,you're NORMAL,if you come here again,we'll get to the bottom of this.Like an idiot i never asked for this in writing but my shrink will NOT check anything i say,will not treat me as i ask,simply upping my medication every time i state what is happening.Every time i say anything good or bad it is twisted to fit the term "paranoid schitzophrenic",so if i say i haven't been taking meds-thats the reason your ill,if i have been taking them-oh you need more of a dose or a different,stronger meds,pleaseHELP

Wow you just brought me to a diabolical realization I arrived in Albany Georgia December 20 24 my mother had passed four years before my siblings that grew up in this area didn't take over the property so I came to look into it see what's going on by 2025 I received a letter for a mental health and wellness check Annual review for my brother Charlie from the district attorney's office stating he was innocent by reason of insanity which was a total shocker to me because I knew Charlie when we lived in New York he was always the normal kid his school grades were normal no signs of trouble until he moved down here Anyway it gets worse it was while reading that letter that I received December 2025 that I realized they have had my brother locked away for five years his mother and father were gone no longer alive I called the victims advocate office of the district attorney that sent this letterto the house in the beginning of the conversation she was most helpful until I brought up the fact that my mother had been deceased since 2020 but when you mentioned the situation is still bad that's putting it lightly😏

It's interesting researching the Guilds, Asylums, Sciences, Universities etc in UK. The Industrial era. Liveries. It forms a pattern of institutional trajectory. Like reverse engineering a system to better understand the present. How the deeper machinery works.

Psychiatry is a secular extension of the confession by the catholic church....so the intensive 'care' for 'mental health', 'sexuality', obedience of the subject, classification and control has a very long history.

Great post thanks. I didn’t know that about Psychiatry. Many exploitative and extractive fields have dodgy histories. “Trust in numbers” by Theodore Porter is a great read on how cost benefit analysis, accounting, auditing and our contemporary trust in numbers arose in the last 100-200 or so years.
