my oldest sister has this thing where, when she has a disagreement with someone, she would say things such as "Give me back A, B, and C that I bought you//I bought you this, that and the other so essentially you owe me". What's wild is that once she makes up with the person she "gives" them back the things she took away. I don't take anything for her, and thankfully I bought myself things and secured a little income monthly before losing my job. She swears she does things from the kindness of her heart, so what is this?

100% correct you didn't even ask them buy you something. That's one of the reasons I don't like to receive gifts from loved ones... you'll be reminded what they did for you... our seasons and finances are not the same... also include, when you gift them "your gift won't be enough for them" you'll be told but I did this for you...
