depression is the worst disease in the world. it disables ya mind an makes you believe things that aren't true and no matter what therapy or medication you get its always their waiting for something to go wrong and then when it does it pounces on you and the fight starts all over again but each time you do fight it you lose a bit of yourself, it slowly tears you apart. Men dont talk an thats why suicide is the biggest killer in men under 45, please talk lads.
