Air France almost didn’t let us on the plane because we had a baby - even though the baby had a ticket and everything they just hadn’t printed her a boarding pass cause she was 5 months and to be on my lap. But she had a ticket they just didn’t print her a boarding pass so we almost didnt get let on the plane was so unsettling I believe they lost our bags as well but not for as long so sorry this happened to you but yeh I will never fly or recommend Air France

My mother got diagnosed with an advanced form of breast cancer, and Air France refused to give me any refund/points/rebooking etc. on my tickets when I had to cancel my vacation. They’re assholes but I hope you get your bags back!!

I’m so sorry they’re still missing. One of our bags got lost in Amsterdam. Then it went to Paris. Then London. We live in Berlin — it took a week. That was the worst time, but there have been many other instances. We just avoid AF/KLM now.
