You need to ask the orthodontist for “braces wax”, it’ll be a game changer.. It’s something they carry in the office.

I had it for 6 months (it went amazing) and suddenly my body decided that retainers are overstimulating and I couldn’t continue 💀 it was sensory torture and was making me sick. I did it before work tho so can’t rely on H0 friendliness 🤣
